My name is Erin. I’m a yoga teacher and naturalist. Today, I want to share my life map with you.

Over a decade ago, I made a bold decision to drastically change my life. Since then, the journey has been dynamic, beautiful, and fiercely transformative. Was it easy? Not at all. That decision came with sacrifices and heartbreak, but it became the fuel this story needed to ignite.

If you take a moment to observe the world, it's easy to be overwhelmed by bad news—our modern lives seem programmed that way. It’s not your fault that negativity is everywhere, but it is your responsibility to pull yourself out of the black hole that threatens to absorb it all.
Let me support you with yoga practices and provide all the guidance you need to become a more independent and confident practitioner.

It all depends on your consistency, and I can accompany you in the process with personalized routines based on your needs and goals. Don’t worry if you feel you're not ready to commit to the discipline because we will be working on a profound change in your life patterns.
For real changes, we need patience, consistency, and time.
