Are the yoga sessions suitable for beginners?
The yoga sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced levels.
Do I have to bring my yoga mat?
Yes, you need to bring your own mat. If you prefer, you can buy one in Dahab.
Can I do Sungazing if I have vision problems?
It is not recommended for individuals with eye problems such as macular degeneration, solar retinopathy, cataracts, glaucoma, or extreme sensitivity to light (photophobia). If you have any of these conditions, consult an ophthalmologist.

Yoga Instructor
Erin is a certified instructor with 500 hours by Yoga Alliance, specializing in multi-style yoga. She obtained her certification at the ZUY Yoga School in Madrid and Mandala Studio in Kathmandu. Currently, she teaches Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga classes in Vienna.
For Erin, yoga is more than just a practice; it's a lifestyle aimed at improving people's quality of life. She integrates yoga with sports and outdoor activities to offer morning sessions that help us connect with ourselves and fully enjoy each day.
